To convert your Falcon 2 tow bar and to be able to use it with your base plates you will need two items.
First you will need the Roadmaster Replacement Swivel Collar, part # RM-9200-4. This will replace the 3-finger claw used for the Blue Ox base plates.

I spoke with my contact at Blue Ox and he said the Rangefinder II BX4322 tow bar will not work with Blue Ox removable arm base plates like the # BX3314 for your 2004 Saturn L300 Series. The slot in the removable arm is not deep enough to connect to the Rangefinder II tow bar.

Road Master does offer replacement EZ Lock arms separate from the entire base plate kit. These parts are considered special-order items and are not returnable. They require approximately 2 - 3 weeks lead time for production.
